Vi pangstarter høsten med nytt twerkekurs for alle nivåer, men hovedfokus på grunnteknikk, og enkle trinn.
Twerk er en dansestil som er inspirert av harde og bestemte isolasjoner av rompemusklene, og hvor kroppskontroll er ekstremt viktig. Twerk har kjente trinn som bootypopping, wiggle, up side down, butterfly og blir ofte mikset sammen med hip hop trinn, dancehall trinn og generelle dansestrinn som bodyrolls og snake.
Kurset varer 2 timer, og vi bruker 1,5 time på øve trinn og teknikk, deretter en halvtime på koreografi. Avslutter kurset med ring of fire, og en oppsummering av dagen.
Hovedmål for kurset: Bli litt bedre til å twerke, men også at man kommer hjem med et bedre selvbilde og boost av selvtillit til egen kropp :)

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. I have registered on the waiting list, what happens now?
If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
