Det er på tide med et Twerkekurs i Tønsberg. Vi holder til på Sometimes Pole Studio, og timen vil være egnet for nybegynnere og lett øvet. Det vil være teknikk som er hovedfokus men også lære enkle koreografier, twerkekurset gir en morsom, fysisk krevende og annerledes treningsøkt som passer alle :D

Hva er twerk?
Som alle andre dansestiler så er det noen bestemte muskler man skal bevege for å kalle det twerk, og dette er bl.a. magen, lår og rompen.
For å riste på rompa er det magen og mye isolasjon som er det viktigste fokuset.
Fokuset på mine twerketimer er å gjøre twerk til en morsom treningsøkt og få alle kropper til å komme i form!
Uavhengig av kjønn, alder og kroppsammensetning så vil dere få verktøy og undervisning i hvordan man både kan komme i bedre form, lære dansetrinn og forbedre selvtillit.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
