The Hot White Chocolates er et ellevemanns ensemble, som søker å gjenskape tyvetallets orkesterjazz. Gjennom bruk av instrumenter fra perioden og nøye studier av gamle opptak, er det vårt mål å få deg til å føle at du befinner deg inne i en gammel grammofon. Etter et tiårs pause, relanseres nå orkesteret. Mange av musikerne er nye, men stilen er den samme som før.
Bli med oss til vakre Grefsen og Disen Vels bygning fra 1929, for en "radiosending" som finner sted der like etter at huset ble ferdigstilt. Kringkastingsselskapet A/S, NRKs privatdrevne forgjenger, har bestemt seg for å holde en konsert i det nyåpnede lokalet, for å glede radioeiere over hele (det meste av) landet med musikk i den aller seneste stil, samt "viktige meldinger" fra kanalens sponsorer - og forhåpentligvis ingen av disse evinnelige telefonene fra misfornøyde lyttere...
Etter konserten, som varer en times tid, spiller orkesteret, samt en mindre hot-gruppe, til dans, frem til 22.00. Konsert + dans: 150,-. Kun dans (selges i døren): 50,- Billettsalget på nett stopper en time før konserten begynner.
The Hot White Chocolates is an 11-piece ensemble, that aims to recreate the orchestral jazz of the twenties. Through the use of period instruments and careful studies of old recordings, our goal is to make you think you are inside an old gramophone. After a decade long break, the orchestra is now relaunched. Many of the musicians are new, but the style will be the same.
Join us at the beautiful Grefsen og Disen Vel building from 1929, for a "radio show" taking place shortly after it was built. Kringkastingsselskapet A/S, the privately owned predecessor to NRK, has decided to throw a concert at the newly finished venue, to entertain radio owners all over (most of) the country with music of the very latest style, as well as "important messages" from the radio channel's sponsors - and hopefully none of those calls from dissatisfied listeners...
The show is held in Norwegian. After the concert, the orchestra, plus a smaller hot group, will play for dancing, until 10PM. Concert + dance: 150,-. Dance only (pay at the door): 50,-. The online ticket sale stops one hour before the concert.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
