Lær hvordan du kan lage hot sauce selv hjemme. I forbindelse med Oslo Pepper Expo 2019 inviterer Jeff fra Wild Fire Foods til gratis workshop!
Chef Jeff vokste opp i USA og Asia på 60-tallet. Hans kjæreste minner er fra kjøkkenet til sin Blackfoot og Cherokee bestemor Anna Mae. Hun var kokken til bokselegenden Joe Luis og lærte ham mange familiehemmeligheter og oppskrifter han bruker den dag i dag.
Chilipepper stammer fra native americans, der deres kunnskap om lokale råvarer blandet med nye kulturelle innslag ble til dagens chilisaus-kultur.
Som militærbarn har han bodd mange år i SørØst Asia og andre land, og funnet mye inspirasjon til å videreutvikle oppskriftene han arvet.
For 15 år siden kom han til Norge med sin norske kone med en drøm om å spre noe av den kunnskapen, kulturutvekslingen og gleden han føler kan deles med mat. Han lanserte Wild Fire Foods i november 2016.
På kurset skal Jeff snakke om hvordan han har lært å balansere fersk chilipepper med naturlig sitrus og sødme – med fokus på chilipeppernes individuelle styrke og smak.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
