Chef Sylvia Vavik er en anerkjent og respektert person innenfor den norsk-meksikanske matscenen. Vavik har vunnet "Norges Grillmester" på TV2 og er en pioner innenfor meksikansk gastronomi i Norge. Hun byr på kokkekurs for store og små. Nå gleder hun seg til å dele sin kunnskap om tortilla-laging.
Tortillas er sentralt for det meksikanske kjøkken. Å lage hjemmelagde og håndlagde tortillas er en tradisjon som ligger langt tilbake i Mexico´s historie. På dette kurset vil du lære å lage ekte maistortillas fra bunnen av. Ved hjelp av Chef Sylvia vil du kunne rulle, presse og steke tortillas samtidig som du får tips til å lage den perfekt tortilla! Kurset er åpent for alle, inkludert barn.
Sted: Matsalen i Mathallen (2. etg), søndag 1. sept kl. 14.00.
Kurset er gratis og har 20 plasser - førstemann til mølla!

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
