Høstens hjortejakt er i gang, og Åsane Jeger og Fiske Forening har invitert Joar Søhoel til å prate om den svært så spennende brølejakten. Kanskje kommer det noen mattips også!
Joar kommer fra Hafslo i Sogn, hvor han også bor. Han er utdannet kokk og har 17 år bak seg i bransjen. Hans lidenskap for jakt, fiske, fangst og sanking har skapt fram viltkokken i han.
I 2012 kom han til finalen i «Farmen» på TV2, og i 2013 ble han kåret til «Årets Villmarkskokk». I tillegg har han gitt ut filmene «Jakta på Brølebukken» 1 & 2 i samarbeid med Veri Media, i 2018 & 2019. Joar har derfor de senere år vært mer bak kamera på jakt og filmet andre jegere, enn å jakte selv.

Åsane Jeger og Fiskerforening er en lokalforening under Norges jeger og fiskerforbund. Foreningen har siden stiftelsen i 1984 vokst til en medlemsmasse på over 1400 medlemmer (2017) og er den største lokalforeningen i Hordaland og en av de største i Norge.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.
