Monica Bromseth holder Gongbad for Verket Yoga i Gassbygningen. Hun driver Spiren Yoga i Rælingen, og er utdannet musikkterapeut og slagverker ved Norges Musikkhøgskole, noe som gir hennes Gongbad en ekstra dimensjon. Hun har med 3 store gonger. Den ene er en håndhamret titan-gong som det bare finnes to av i verden!
På Gongbadet vil du få oppleve lyden av gonger, i tillegg til syngebollenes vakre klang og koshiklokkenes sarte toner.Gongens vibrasjoner er med på å løse opp spenninger i kropp og sinn.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
