Bli med på en koselig søndags-workshop med tema "fermentert drikke"!
Her tar vi et dypdykk i den forunderlige verdenen av sprudlende, probiotiske drikker som fermenteres enten ved hjelp av en bakteriekultur eller gjennom vill fermentering. Her får du blant annet lære å lage kombucha, vannkefir, ingefærøl og kvass. Du lærer om karbonering, smakstilsetning/andregangsfermentering, alternative bruksområder for kulturene og de forskjellige drikkenes helsefordeler. Ta med deg tre-fire glass med lokk slik at du kan få med deg bakteriekulturer hjem.
Det blir som vanlig servert massevis av smaksprøver og god tid til prating og spørsmål.
Dette kurset passer for alle - enten du har litt erfaring med fermentering fra før eller aldri har prøvd - eller for deg som bare ønsker å tilbringe en hyggelig søndag med folk som har felles interesser! :)

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
