Workshop holdes av Dr. Dhanalakshmi, som kommer fra India og er utdannet lege. Hun har også internasjonal sertifikat med videre utdannelse i yogaterapi for leger. Dr. Dhanalakshmi har sin egen Yoga Institutt i Bangalore, India sammen med likesinnede leger / yogalærere. Nå tar hun Master grad ved universitet i Oslo. Beskrivelse av workshop:
It is important to remember a
energizing vinyasa is not just any sequence of actions: It is one
that awakens and sustains consciousness. In this way vinyasa connects
with the meditative practice with yoga traditions. It is a practice,
which is designed to awaken our inherent divine energy, practitioners
bring awareness to different parts of the body and then, through
mantra and visualization, awaken the inner pathways
for shakti (divine
force) to flow through the entire field of their being. As we bring
the techniques of vinyasa to bear throughout our lives, we open
similar pathways of transformation, inner and outer-step by step and
breath by breath.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
