You wonder about Acroyoga? Now you can learn in Bergen, with a certified Acroyoga teacher!
Join the Introduction class if you're new to Acroyoga and/or wish to learn the techniques that makes basing and flying easier, in a systematic way!
AND: your classmates often become acroyoga friends that you like to meet with - can't do acro all on your lonesome, you know...
The INTRODUCTION series: first 4 truly basic classes (emphasis is on technique and fun!). Each class builds on the one before. After these classes, you will hopefully feel ready to join the FUNdamental classes. Parallell with the FUNdamental classes, you follow the other 4 intro classes: review, refine, add new elements and challenges, you learn a little flow, and there's 1 class fully dedicated to the "Lunar" Acroyoga and Thai yoga massage! If you miss one of the first 3 classes, ask the teacher to help you with the essentials.
FIRST EDITION starts June 12-th.
Class always runs on sundays, 09:00 - 10:30:
June 12, 19, 26, and July 3, 10, 17, 24, 31.
What do you need?
Curiosity to try new things!
Courage to give trust to someone who is going to base you, and a spotter to improve safety for you and the base!
Boldness to believe you can, with trying and practice!
You can come without yoga experience.
You can come without a partner, because participants work together, usually same size to begin with.

WORKSHOPS have dedicated themes, I hope to set up at least 2 this summer!
Acroyoga is a playful and joyous mix of 3 ancient practices: yoga, acrobatics and thai yoga massage. Classes will incorporate all three elements!
From my experience it is a very potent tool. I personally feel it brings even stronger presence in my body. I enjoy how Acroyoga constantly asks me to be very honest and truthful, very respectful, and how it brings the great gifts of empowerment and healing, how it tickles our talent to just "be". There is something about connecting with other people, in this way, that is beyond words. It's soul "music"!
