Zhala is a virtuoso cellist - combining her master study at the Institute of Music and dance in Stavanger, she is touring with orchestras, directing projects of her own and is for sure as good at the kitchen! Coming from Azerbaijan she is a cook by default =) There are millions of delicious meals in this country - a merge of all cuisines from middle to far east with its unique twist.
On her first course with Social Cooking Zhala will teach us to prepare:
Dovga - a yogurt based soup with fresh herbs and rice (vegetarian)
Qutab - flat bread stuffed with delicious fillings - we will make few of them - both meat and vegetarian versions
Price: 400 kr / pers || 300 kr for students This price will cover ingredients and expenses related to the rental and organization of the event. Zhala will be remunerated by "donation" after the course.
