I juli har du flere muligheter å fordype deg i yoga med én til todagers workshops. Vi holder til i flotte Kragerø Yoga Rooms lokaler like ved kirken. OBS! Kun plass for 8 deltakere/gang – så book din plass!
MANDAGER MED START 16/7 er det YOGA Warrior som er på planen. Dette er en ganske fysisk krevende yogaklasse som passer for deg som er frisk og glad i å bevege deg, men du trenger ikke å ha yogaerfaring. Vi ledes gjennom en allsidig serie stillinger/øvelser/sekvenser for å bygge styrke, balanse og mot – til en deilig avspenning, som gir oss anledning til å kjenne inn, spenne av og bare være. I workshopen ledes vi igjennom klassen som er lagt opp som en 60-minutters klasse når du kjenner den.
ONSDAGER MED START 18/7 er temaet: FLOWING DEEPER. Her går vi et skritt dypere og lære en måte å bevege oss mer dynamisk og organisk i yoga. Vi tar utgangspunkt i YOGA Warrior-klassen, men tar sidesprang ut fra den og lærer korte sekvenser som repeteres og varieres for å gi kroppen fornyede sjanser å finne pust og bevegelse – og utforske hvordan vi kan utvide vårt register av bevegelse på en helt unik måte.
YOGA-Warrior går mandag 16/7, 23/7 samt 30/7.
FLOWING DEEPER går onsdager 18/7, 25/7 samt 1/8.
