Velkommen til Vinterferie-Parkour 2024 for 10-14 år.
Vinter-Parkour er 20.-23. Februar, klokka 10-13:30 hver dag.
Vi skal:
- leke parkour-leker: zombie-minefelt, bakken er lava, utfordrings-sura, pirat-mafia og mere :D
Lære teknikker: Vi lærer bort skalerbare teknikker, slik at uansett om man man vanligvis sitter i sofaen eller vanligvis trener parkour, så vil man lære teknikker som er utfordrende, og gir mestringsfølelse
Hygge oss: Alt av undervisning, leker og aktivitet er verktøy vi bruker for at alle skal bli gode venner, og at vi får en god gruppedynamikk. Å få et godt forhold til å være ute sammen, og bevege seg, er mye mer verdt enn å trene hardt i en uke ;)
Lokasjon: Vi starter på dalen aktivitetspark, og noen dager vandrer vi litt, men vi slutter alltid tilbake på dalen aktivitetspark
