Velkommen til Vinter Parkour Camp 2023, for 10-13år. I denne Campen skal vi leke, ha det morro og gjør MASSE parkour i mange forskjellige typer terreng.
Kampen er i vinterferien fra den 20. februar til den 23 februar. Campen starter på Dalen Aktivitetspark (https://www.google.com/maps?q=...). Vi begynner kl.10:00 hver dag, og avsluttes også der kl.13:30hver dag. Det er viktig med klær etter vær og en god matpakke

Parkour er å bruke formene i omgivelsene (gjerder, vegger, skråninger, trær osv.) til bevegelse, lek, trening, dans, utforsking og utfordringer.
