Tirsdager kl. 07- 07:55 (oppstart 5.april)
Torsdager kl. 17:30 til 18:25 (oppstart 7. april)
Trening passer for alle uansett fysisk form.
Du får jobbet både med styrke og puls med egen kroppsvekt og enkle hjelpemider.
Husk å ta med egen matte!

Jeg tilbyr også 5 klipp som må brukes innen 10 uker dersom det er av interesse.

Utetrening hele året for alle som ønsker seg en god treningsøkt i frisk luft.
Treningene går over 10 og 10 uker og vi trenger i området rundt øvre Grunerløkka.

Bakrunn:
Jeg har PT bakgrunn fra Norges Idrettshøgskole fra 2010 og har jobbet fulltid i treningsbrasjen siden 2015.
I tillegg er jeg sertifisert Pilates og Pilates reformer instruktør og har flere sertifiseringer innenfor diverse Les Mills konsepter.
Min spesielt er funksjonell trening med enkle hjelpemidler.
