Tone G sin Norges turnè setter snuten mot Bodø igjen! Det blir nok et twerkekurs etter en veldig vellykket workshop i januar!!
Twerkekurset har fokus på trening og lære bort dansetrinn til fengende rytmer fra hele verden. Twerk er en feminin og sexy dansestil, som byr på mye kroppsisolasjoner, hoftebevegelser og akrobatiske triks! Samtidig utvikle en bedre selvtillit hos deltakere, som fremmer den kroppen du har, istedenfor å jobbe imot den :)
Kurset består av oppvarming, gjennomgang av trinn og koreografi. Vi har fokus på å lære alle hovedtrinn, men rekker alikevel ikke å bli mester på 1 kurs, derfor kan man helt fint bli med på kurs om man har vært med før eller viss det er første gang :)
Det er 20 plasser, og tatt hensyn til Covid-19 smittetiltak.
Alle må:
- Vaske hender grundig før kurs
- Ha med innesko
- Ha med drikke og håndkle
- Ta på løse klær som ikke strammer over rompa
