Bli med på årets helgeevent, det vil foregå på studio The stage academy. Det er kurs lørdag og søndag, men du kan velge å være med på litt eller begge dagene. Dette er et Danse- og treningsevent for alle som har lyst til å komme i bedre form, elsker å danse, og vil lære mer om twerking. Twerking er en danse og treningsform, som består av kroppsbeherskelse, ofte feminine dansetrinn, tryllet sammen med selvtillit og råskap! Passer perfekt for deg som ønsker å bli mer glad i trening på en gøyal måte, samt med hjelp av styrketrening, dansetrinn og heftige rytmer, skal vi lære grunn teknikk, koreografi og tørre å bli tryggere på oss selv.Kommer du?
