Trust Us er et nytt tilskudd til Bergens rockfauna og en gavepakke til deg som trenger mer rock i livet ditt.
Med medlemmer fra Krakow og Ribozyme får du en krafttrio med røtter i både post- og progrock. Bandet henter inspirasjon fra blant andre Motorpsycho og Elder med sine utforskende vokal- og gitarmelodier, fuzztunge riff og svevende lydlandskap.

DAMOKLES befinner seg et sted mellom 80-tallets dystopiske post-punk og 90-tallets emosjonelle DIY post-hardcore, ispedd indierock av den mer eksentriske sorten. Gutta har kjørt en nærmest manisk energi under pandemi, med slipp av syv singler pluss tilhørende musikkvideoer, samt covers av The Cure og Depeche Mode. Vinter Records ga ut debutskiva “Nights Come Alive” tidligere i år, nå jobbes det på andrealbumet. Rent tematisk, så berører “Nights Come Alive” den tynne hinnen mellom sivilisasjon og komplett strukturell kollaps. Lyrikken maler bredt med dommedagsprofetier, godt krydret med bisarr fandenvoldskhet og katarsisk raseri. Som hør og bør fremføres musikken som om livet sto på spill, med like stort fokus på giftige hooks som på kreativ galskap
Sounds like sludgy '90s post-hardcore with a heavy Cure influence.
