Madres is a multidisciplinary performance of food and art, where we cross the lines of gastronomic culture, knowledge and artistic installation.
This year we set out to try to be as self-sufficient as possible, feed ourselves from the environment, and with education food as a flag That is why we began to create an itinerant academy called "Las Madres" that is positioned to investigate the environment in which it is located, give workshops and continue creating works of art with the objects that the place offers us. This research object is full of life and desire, to find more and more ways to fight climate change, we believe that circularity gives us the tools to keep creativity active and achieve a constant impact on our carbon footprint.
IMPACT FOCUS:
We do not use the word sustainable. The term, never properly explained or clearly defined, has been used and assigned without meaning or merit. A word that can mean anything, means anything, and in the end, means nothing. Our approach is practical: supporting regenerative agriculture farmers and producers and combating food waste, both in the restaurant and with interventions in the food supply chain.
We firmly believe in communities, and that is why we come together to become a community as a meeting place in time and space, where the doors are open to those who want to propose, help and innovate, focusing our main focus on climate crises and social. injustices .
Our diet is a true reflection of what happens in the field and is therefore subject to constant changes. We have set aside that notion, so ingrained in restaurants, of coherence in the offer, mostly of vegetable origin, we use seaweed as the main umami complement to our preparations.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your The Mothers tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your The Mothers tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
