TADVIN 2021TADVIN er en GRATIS mini-festival i regi av Tøyen Torgforening. Målet er å skape en festival for og med lokale innbyggere, der mat, musikk og kos står i sentrum.I 4 hele dager vil du møte skjulte og mindre skjulte talenter innen for R&B, Hip Hop, Pop og Jazz på torget som ikke vil være som andre torg. Arrangementet er gratis for alle, og blitt til gjennom støttemidler fra Restart – Byrådsavdeling for næring og eierskap.Velkommen skal du være!
