Kurset tar for seg slakt og partering i praksis, hvor elevene har mulighet til å føre kniven selv under veiledning fra oss. Hygiene, kjøttkvalitet og lagring av kjøtt blir også gått nøye igjennom. Riktig utført partering gjør gourmetretten til en nytelse! Alle får med seg litt kjøtt hjem om ønskelig.
Vi har over 30 års erfaring med slakt og partering, og tilbyr kurs for både grupper og enkeltpersoner.
Vi kan holde kurs over hele Norge og kommer gjerne dit hvor du bor. Tips oss gjerne om sauebønder som kan være interessert i et samarbeid rundt dette.

I have not received my Slakt/partering kurs ticket via email. What should I do?

Where do I find a link to an online event?
