Under årets TV2 satsing IDOL, nådde hele 2 av Gausdals yngre artist talenter opp i finalen og endte blant de 5 beste. Ola B. Reistad og Marta Elise K. Bøshaugen gjorde det veldig bra, og hele bygda heiet dem frem.
Idol eventyret er over for i år, og nye utfordringer står for tur:
For de fleste i Gausdal er plateaktuelle Kristin Sevaldsen kjent som etablert musiker og artist. Marta og Ola har takket ja til å gjøre en Romjulskonsert sammen med Kristin og en av hennes faste musikere, Lars Andre Kvistum, i Vestre Gausdal Kirke 4.dag jul. I tillegg til Marta og Ola er et annet litt mindre beskrevet talent invitert, 14 år gamle Ronja Østensen fra Follebu.
Sammen skal de lage en konsert som består av både julerelatert stoff og litt andre låter som passer inn stemningsmessig. Konserten vil henvende seg til de unge så vel som de voksne, og vi håper at hele familien vil finne tid og rom til å dele denne stunda med oss.
