Restorative yoga
Lær kroppen å slappe av i et stressende samfunn. Kroppen er det fineste maskineriet som er skapt. Ved å være i de forskjellige yoga stillingene over tid 12-15 min, koples det parasympatiske nervesystemet inn. Det som gir oss ro, som igjen gir det fight or flight systemet beskjed om å kople ut. Kortisol nivået synker, blodtrykk,pust og puls roer ned i krabbegir - dette trenger vesten
Inger har trent hele sitt liv, vert aktiv med ridning, svømming, magedans, sykling, turgåing og turn. Hatt en aktiv jobb som ambulansearbeider, jobbet på abstinens klinikk, i hjemmesykepleien og i barnehage. Har drevet aktivt med yoga i over 10 år. Pga helseutfordringer har jeg nå landet på restorative yoga og bare nyter å få hvile og lade
Du må ha med eget utstyr : yoga matte, 2-3 ulltepper, 2 bolstere(billig på rusta) 2 blokker, 2 håndkle lite+stort
Kle deg gjerne i tynn ull, løse klær, ullsokker, sjal hvis du lett fryser nedover nakken, lue?
