Ønsker du oppleve lyd healing fra gonger og andre akustiske instrumenter, mens du ligger i en behagelig stilling som skaper mer energiflyt i din kropp? Passer for alle.
Denne kvelden bruker vi bolster, puter, pledd etc for å gjøre stillingen så mye behagelig som mulig. I løpet av timen blir det foreslått 3-4 posisjoner hvor hver enkelte får hjelp og veiledning med stilling.
Det spilles myk gong i løpet av timen mens du er i de forskjellige posisjoner. Siste delen av timen er en lang avspenning - da spilles det en kraftigere gong - og du kan være i den stilling som passer deg best.
Total varighet 90 min.
Etter avspenning inviteres du til et hyggelig samvær med te / snacks.

Begrenset antall deltakere - maks 8, slik at alle får plass og tid for tilpassninger.
Det er mulig å kjøpe klippekort 2350 for 10 ganger - du kan bruke den på alle 90 min klasser. (Betales da ved fremmøte m/ bankterminal eller påforhånd på konto.)

Medisinsk yoga og mindfulnes Oslo forbeholder seg retten til å avlyse kurs ved for få deltakere. Du får i så fall beskjed om kansellert event minimum 24 timer før eventet.Innbetalt beløp (utenom service gebyr) vil bli refundert.
Ved avmelding billett refunderes ikke, men kan overføres til en annen person. I spesielle tilfeller kan billett overføres til neste liknende event (forbeholdt om leidg plass), hver tilfelle vurderes separat.
