Polish cuisine is getting more and more popular around the world.
People usually recognize it by pierogi, schabowy, kielbasa.
Polish cuisine after the war has changed a lot =) It's great to have unique products you can't find anywhere else - many unexpected tastes.
Nowadays, keeping old traditions, our meals became very moderated and healthy. Seasonal food is a priority. Knowledge about food gave us a chance to see what exactly we have on our plates.
On this course Marcelina would like to prove that the right diet can be aromatic, colorful and full of taste by using polish products.
We will create delicious polish meals and I hope you will appreciate the recipes as an inspiration and experiment.
Price: 400 kr / pers || 300 kr for students
This price will cover ingredients and expenses related to the rental and organization of the event. Marcelina will be remunerated by "donation" after the course.
