"Sommer Parkour Kurs" 09:00-12:30, Er kurs/samling med planlagt leker, undervisning og aktiviteter. Vi starter med oppvarming og bli-kjent-leker (vi har mye fokus på å skape en god gruppedynamikk).Deretter deler vi gruppene i 2 og tar de med på forskjellige leker, undervisning, utfordringer og utforsker forskjellige plasser. Rundt 11 så møtes vi igjen og har matpause. Så bytter vi gruppene slik at den ene gruppen får gjennomføre aktivitetene den andre gruppen gjorde før pausen. Vi avslutter alltid på samme plass som oppmøtet. Det er viktig at deltagerne har med klær-etter-vær, en god matpakke og nok drikke.
Oppmøteliste blir tilsendt de som melder seg på, men alle plassene kommer til å være ved lade-området.
Vi kommer til å være 4 trenere tilstede. I tillegg så har vi invitert andre parkour- entusiaster til å delta som inspirasjonsdeltagere.
