Vi har fått pengestøtte fra Erasmus+, så billettene er gratis.
Ukentlige parkour treninger som går fra 18:00 til 19:15 Onsdager 31.Aug-7.Desember 2022, untatt 12 Oktober.
Dette er for alle uansett ferdighetsnivå :D
På disse treningene jobber vi med forskjellige måter å leke og å bevege seg i omgivelsene sine. For eksempel, balanserer vi på gjerder, hopper fra en plass til en annen, og gjør akrobatiske bevegelser over gjerder. Vi som holder på med parkour til vanlig er vandt til å finne bevegelsesgåter rundt oss i hverdagen, slik at vi feks. stopper på vei til jobb/skole å lærer oss en ny bevegelse. Dette er noe vi ønsker å vise til deltagerne slik at man muligens kan begynne å finne bevegelsesgåter i hverdagen. Vi gjør også mange leker på kursene, dette er varierende leker hvor vi utfordrer hverandre på bevegelser, og er med på å endre reglene på.

I have not received my Parkour for 9-11år ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Parkour for 9-11år tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
