Velkommen til Tone G´s OUTDOOR Twerke BootCamp!
Ønsker du bli flinkere til å danse og lære noen hotte twerkemooves men samtidig bli sterkere? Så er denne Twerke campen perfekt for deg! En perfekt 2 dagers treningsøkt, hvor man får twerking under huden!
Bootcampen foregår UTE på Ekebergsletta, ved busstoppet EKEBERG CAMPING med perfekte forbindelser til alle som måtte komme med buss.
CAMPEN går over to dager og vil ha fast TIDSPUNKT så du enkelt kan sette av tid i kalenderen din til treningen.
Det er førstemann til møllen da det er begrenset med plasser pga ekstra regler i forbindelse med COVID-19 og hygieneregler.
Vi kommer til å gjennomgå masse teknikk, øve på twerketrinn, lære oss nye koreografier, og avslutte hver trening med 30 minutters sirkeltrening, for å bli sterkere, bedre fysikk og pushe grensene våre litt ekstra i forhold til treningsdelen. Det forventes ingen erfaring med hverken twerk eller styrketrening for å delta, kun et ønske om å lære og åpen for nye øvelser!
Ta på treningsklær, men pass på så du har en bukse som ikke strammer for mye over rompa ;)

Ekstra tiltak som blir gjort:
- Alle deltakere må ha med seg egnet treningsklær, og sko
- Alle deltakere må ha med seg eget håndkle og drikkeflaske - vask hendene grundig før du kommer
- Ingen klemming, håndhilsen eller kroppskontakt under timen - men deler masse gode smil :D
- 1 meter avstand mellom deltakere
*Billetter som kjøpes er ikke refunderbare, men kan selges videre til en tredje part på eget intiativ.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your OUTDOOR TWERK BOOTCAMP tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
