Welcome to this special new years yoga day
There will only be 10 spots available for each class, and all proceeds go to SOS Enfants school in Haiti.We want to reflect on the year behind us, and set intentions and bring you to a good place, before entering 2021.
The program 31st december:
Mini silent retreat & Meditation:
10:00-12:00
This class will explore meditative techniques, both guided and on your own.
There will be plenty of time to sit in silence, explore the different techniques, and also time for reflections afterwards.
Flow & glow class & long yoga nidra:
12:00-13:30
The flow & glow classes are dynamic and with focus on flowing through physical postures, with music, and a topic for the day. There will be a chance to sweat out some tensions, and bring some peace and calm to your body and mind. A long guided yoga nidra will finish this class off on the right note.
Coaching session & guided relaxation:
14:00-16:00
In this class you`ll be able to work through some of things you have experienced this past year, and also set some new intentions for the year to come. The class will end with a guided relaxation.
Yin yoga & sound healing elements:
16:30-18:30
A soft and gentle yin yoga class, with sound healing elements. Perfect way to end our new years yoga day.
