I Monograf blir post-rock, progressive rock, pop og den dystrere delen av norsk folkemusikk flettet sammen i en unik kombinasjon.
I musikken deres kan man høre inspirasjon fra band som Grails, Godspeed You Black Emperor og felespilleren Nils Økland, samtidig som en egen stilsikkerhet og særpreg skinner klart og tydelig igjennom.

Monalia
Inspirert av hans ferieparadis i fjellene i Telemark, ble Monalia dannet i Oslo i slutten av 2008 av Terje Halmrast. Monalia handler om lengsel; om å komme bort fra alle bekymringer og skuffelser i hverdagen, til en bedre verden, hvor storheten, freden og villskap i naturen sakte blir malt ut i sangene.
