Arrangementene i februar og november i fjor var en stor suksess og over 250 spillglade mennesker tok turen hver helg. Vi håper du kommer denne gangen også og tar med deg venner og bekjente.
Åpningstider:
Lørdag 12:00- en stund etter midnatt (12:00-20:00 også for personer under 18år)
Søndag 12:00-20:00
Arrangementet er åpent for alle og gratis.
Drikke kjøpes i baren på Chateau Neuf. Snacks kan også kjøpes på Chateu Neuf. Det er ikke tillatt med medbragt alkoholholdig drikke.
Programgruppen lager et program for dagene samt sørger for at det kommer spill til utlån, men du står også fritt til å ta med egne spill. Dersom du ønsker å arrangere noe for andre, ta gjerne kontakt med oss på programutvalg@spillfestival.no .

Spillfestivalen Arcon er Norges største spillfestival og har fokus på brett-, kort-, miniatyr- og rollespill. Årlig arrangeres denne festivalen og samler flere hundre fantasifulle og kreative mennesker.
Fantastene er foreningen som dyrker alle fantastiske interesser (brett-, data- og rollespill, laiv og fabelprosa), og samler spillentusiaster på Chateau Neuf. Foreningen arrangerer spillkvelder, visninger med e-sport, LAN og mer. Fantastene består i størst grad av studenter og unge voksne.

I have not received my Mini-Arcon ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Mini-Arcon tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Mini-Arcon tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my Mini-Arcon ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

I have registered on the Mini-Arcon waiting list, what happens now?
If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email. Usually, the organiser of the event provides the details in the order confirmation email or they might send you a follow-up email with a link to their online event.
