I samarbeid med Norges Sjømatråd setter Kulinarisk Akademi opp fiskekurs for barn i høstferien 2017. Det eneste du trenger å gjøre er å melde deg på og møte opp i Mathallen. Selve kurset er gratis, man betaler kun kr.25,- for påmelding. Påmeldingsavgiften doneres til Sykehusklovnene.
Målsetting med kurset:
Målet med denne aktiviteten er å gi barna bedre kunnskap om maten som kommer fra havet. Barn liker fisk når de får den servert på sin måte. Barn våger å smake mer når vi gir dem mulighet til å tilberede maten selv og når foreldrene ikke henger over dem for å fortelle hva de liker og ikke liker. Det er da de finner sine fiskefavoritter.
Kurset er et deltakende kurs der barn får lage sin egen mat sammen med Kulinarisk Akademi sine kokker. Etter kurset får alle deltakerne nyte den gode fiskeretten i Mathallens hyggelige omgivelser.
Sted: Kurset holdes på torget i Mathallen.

Kl. 13.00-13.45 - Havets skattekiste (6-12 år)
Kl. 14.00-14.45 - Havets skattekiste (6-12 år) (FULLT)
Onsdag 4. oktober:
Kl. 12.00-12.45 - Havets skattekiste (6-12 år)
Kl. 13.00-13.45 - Havets skattekiste (6-12 år)
Kl. 14.00-14.45 - Wrap it up (10-14 år)
Torsdag 5. oktober:
Kl. 12.00-12.45 - Havets skattekiste (6-12 år)
Kl. 13.00-13.45 - Havets skattekiste (6-12 år)
Kl. 14.00-14.45 - Wrap it up (10-14 år)
Havets skattekiste er tilpasset den yngste aldersgruppen.
Alle får med seg oppskriftshefte hjem.
