Mathallens vinklubb inviterer: Sommerdrikke
Sommeren er rett rundt hjørnet, og med sol og varme følger lange kvelder på terrassen og lette matretter. Hva bør man egentlig ha i glasset? Denne kurskvelden er forbeholdt drikke som kan nytes sommeren igjennom, både med og uten mat. Vi smaker oss gjennom seks deilige drikker denne kvelden, både tørr og frisk cider, øl og vin.
Vi går gjennom den viktigste teorien for å lære hvordan produktene blir laget fra råvare til ferdig drikk. Opprinnelse, jordsmonn, gjæringsprosesser, fatlagring, pluss mange, mange flere. Vi går også gjennom hvordan drikkens egenskaper påvirker bruksområdet og gir deg gode mattips til de ulike drikkene.
