Mathallens vinklubb presenterer
«Polets beste portugisere»
Portugal har i likhet med sine naboland i Middelhavsregionen en lang vinhistorie, men landet har ikke sett den store suksessen på eksportmarkedet utover de klassiske sterkvinene Portvin og Madeira.
Denne kvelden går vi gjennom den viktigste teorien for å lære hvordan vinene lages fra druer til ferdig vin.
Regioner, jordsmonn, gjæringsprosesser, fat-lagring og ikke minst druesorter er viktige faktorer vi tar for oss, pluss mange, mange flere. Vi fokuserer vi på de flotte hvite og røde portugisiske vinene man kan finne på Vinmonopolet og går også gjennom hvordan vinenes egenskaper påvirker valget av vin til mat og gir deg gode mat tips til de ulike vinene.
