Ceviche comes originally from Peru, but every country in Latin America has their own recipes. We will prepare a salmon ceviche and eat it as a starter for the Venezuelan dinner!
Cachapas are Venezuelan corn pancakes. They can be eaten in many ways and prepared with different stuffings. On the course we will learn to prepare pancakes from scratch with.
Jenny held some courses with us already and her food is always delicious and fun to make!
Come and share the joy of cooking together and sharing the meal.
Price: 400 kr / pers || 300 kr for students
This price will cover ingredients and expenses related to the rental and organization of the event. Jenny will be remunerated by "donation" after the course.
