Karmøy Spillklubb, i samarbeid med Haugesund LANKultur og Forandringshuset Karmøy, ønsker velkommen til gratis datatreff for unge og voksne!
Her blir det dataspilling, konkurranser, konsollspilling, brettspill, rollespill og mat!
- Arrangementet skjer i Blackboxen i Kopervik.
- Vi serverer brødmat, og muligens noe ekstra godt på lørdagskvelden
- Gratis inngang med påmelding!
- Det blir konkurranser med premier! (minecraft, among us, valorant, etc)
- Dørene åpner klokka 17.00 på fredag 9.juni 2023 og vi er ferdige søndag 11. juni klokka 14:00
- Vi holder nattestengt fra klokka 02:00 til 10:00, så det blir dessverre ikke mulighet for overnatting i lokalet.
- Alle som er over 13 kan melde seg på, vi kan gi dispensasjon for yngre deltakere med følge. Vi oppfordrer foreldre til å delta på lanet (ta med egen laptop :)
- Gi beskjed om allergier eller annet vi bør vite om når du melder deg på
For at alle skal ha en best mulig opplevelse forventer vi at alle oppfører seg bra. Vi har nulltoleranse for rus, vold og stygg språkbruk på arrangementet.
Bordene er inndelt i 4 grupper, velg hvilken gruppe du vil sitte på

I have not received my Lan@Blackboxen ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Lan@Blackboxen tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Lan@Blackboxen tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my Lan@Blackboxen ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

I have registered on the Lan@Blackboxen waiting list, what happens now?
If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email. Usually, the organiser of the event provides the details in the order confirmation email or they might send you a follow-up email with a link to their online event.
