In Japanese cuisine great attention is attached to fresh ingredients, gentle methods of cooking and authentic flavors. Many Japanese foods are only cooked for a very short time or are even eaten raw.
Ayako has impressed us with her delicate and perfect cooking. Authentic recipes that you would never find in restaurants are just as at a japanese family dinner.
On this very special course Ayako will share her knowledge in Sake and teach us to prepare the the food matching perfectly each type of this special drink.
Price: 550 kr / pers
This price will cover ingredients and expenses related to the rental and organization of the event. Ayako will be remunerated by "donation" after the course.
