Kurs i intraossøs tilgang og venekanylering, et "must" for de som etterhvert skal ut i praksis, og en god mulighet til å bli enda bedre for de som allerede har forsøkt venekanylering tidligere. Her gjennomgås teknikker for å anlegge av venekanyle, med fokus på praktisk trening på hverandre. Det vil også bli gitt
opplæring og trening i bruk av intraossøs nål, som er en utmerket backupmetode hvisen ikke greier å skaffe IV- tilgang på pasienten i en akuttsituasjon.
Det er ikke krav til studieår for å delta på IV/IO-kurset, og det er heller ingen krav til forberedelse.
