I anledning Italienske dager inviterer Kulinarisk Akademi til italiensk festmiddag på Torget i Mathallen, fredag 26. april.
Kokkene fra Kulinarisk Akademi tilbereder en lekker 3-retters meny basert på råvarer hentet fra ulike aktører i Mathallen; Galopin, Via Italia og Annis pølsemakeri.
Dette blir en eksklusiv aften hvor italienske smaker står i sentrum, og gjestene kan nyte utsøkt mat med god underholdning til.
Kveldens meny:- Anti pasti: Italiensk snack-tallerken fra Galopin (serveres på bordene fra kl. 18.00)
- Akkar "carbonara" med asparges og erter - spaghetti levert av Via Italia
