Velkommen til årets første 16års arrangement på Banken Disco & Bar i Levanger. Dette er en Halloween tema-fest, der russestyret blir å kåre beste/skumleste kostyme. Vi får også besøk av en kjent reality deltaker, som blir å ta turen til Levanger for første gang. Suprize, suprize!
