grace.lake.waves er navnet på det skvett nye country-bandet bestående av Jonas Jord (vokal, gitar) Renate fra Vigra (gitar, banjo, vokal) Bjørn Ognøy (leadgitar) Jasnik van den Berghe (kontrabass) og Jard Hole (trommer.) Med to vokalister, en gitarist som spiller alt for høyt og en fantastisk rytmeseksjon koker de sammen køntrimusikk med stor K. I løpet av en konsert knuser vi hjertet ditt, gråter sammen med deg etter, roper etter rettferdighet og tar deg med på tidenes fest.

Miss Wednesday er en artist og låtskriver fra Sandnes, med holdeplass i Bergen. Fra Elvis sin rock’n’roll til Taylor Swifts moderne pop, har hun fått smake på mang en sjangre gjennom oppveksten. Ut i fra det, har det varme og fredfulle uttrykket av akustisk folk inspirert henne når det gjelder egen låtskriving. Miss Wednesday er en livlig artist som ønsker å spre glede og empati gjennom musikken hennes. Hennes katalog av sanger adresserer temaer som mental helse, kjærlighet, miljø og flyktninger. Musikken kan høres ut som en mango-iskrem på en varm sommerdag eller som de øyeblikkene du tar hånden ut av vinduet på biltur. Den kan også sammenlignes med artister som Vance Joy og Joni Mitchell.
