Mannhullitter i Næringslivet er en nyopprettet konferansekomité som skal ta for seg de medmenneskelige sidene av næringslivet. Har du noen gang tenkt på hva det egentlig innebærer å være ansatt i en bedrift?
"Generasjon XY- Hva har kjønn å si?"
MiN sin første konferanse skal ta for seg kjønnsforskjeller i næringslivet. Hvordan er det å vare mann i en bedrift? Hvordan er det å være kvinne? Hva har kjønn å si?
Vi vil ta opp temaer som:
- Er kjønnskvotering egentlig rettferdig?
- Er det sant at i rekruttering av sivilingeniører så blir kvinner foretrukket foran menn?
- Stemmer det at kvinner unngår lederstillinger?
