Intervjues av Lars Zachariassen, fysioen, kognitive terapeuten og høyrebacken, som aldri nådde opp. Men som kjenner toppidrettslivet, baksiden av medaljen og stiller alle de vanskelige spørsmålene du egentlig vil ha svar på.
En idrettskveld for barn og ungdom, foreldre, trenere og interesserte. Et foredrag som tar deg bak fasaden av profftilværelsen i verdens største fotballklubb, med utgangspunkt i Maria sin egen reise fra løkkefotball på Klepp til vinnende taklinger i Manchester.
Hva skal til for å bli best? Hvordan legger vi best til rette for fremtidens helter, og hvordan møte motgang ved utviklingsstopp, nederlag og skader? Om mentale prosesser, selvtillit og forholdet til trening, kropp og mat i ungdomsårene.
Et foredrag for alle som er en del av barne- og ungdomsidretten, med tydelige verdistandpunkt og kritiske spørsmål til dagens idrettsmodeller.
