Fearless Mind, Norges første treningssenter for mental trening, inviterer til en hel dag med FEARLESS.
Tidligere landslagsspiller i håndball, Anja Hammerseng-Edin, vil lære borte sine beste verktøy og teknikker slik at DU kan bli mer fryktløs i ditt liv. Det blir en rå dag i treningssenteret med bootcamp, dunkende musikk, rolig meditasjon, mentale teknikker og øvelser som er designet for å styrke fryktløseren i deg. Vi kobler forskningsbaserte teknikker med erfaring i praksis, og sørger for å heve ditt nivå.
Dette er en dag for de som virkelig vil jobbe og legge ned innsats. Og pushe deg selv, og dine egne grenser.
