ELVA OPEN HOUSE - WELCOME!
Welcome to the cosiest yoga & pilates studio in Oslo.
We have two studios, where our members can enjoy both reformer classes, pilates, barre, yoga, mum & baby and more.
To welcome you to our new studio, we are hosting an open house weekend so that you guys can attend classes, and come and check us out. For free:)

11:00-12:00: Mum & Baby post natal yoga.

16:30-17:45: Yoga flow & yin.

18:00-19:30: De-stress & mindfulness

20:00-21:30: Soul spa & yoga nidra.

SATURDAY:
09:45-12:00: Mindful flow

12:30-13:45: Pilates matte.
Teacher: Elisabeth Gangnes.
15:15: Soul spa: mindful presence and deep relaxation.

18:00- 24:00: Opening party for ELVA in Heimdalsgata 10 in Grunerløkka.

11:00-12:15: Intermediate vinyasa ( exoerience with yoga recommended)

I have not received my Elva open house weekend ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Elva open house weekend tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.
