Digitalt arrangement på Grimstad bibliotek
Foredraget som tar utgangspunkt i Psykolog Johanne Refseths eget friluftsliv, handler om naturen, hva naturen gjør for oss, hva vi mennesker normalt strever med når vi strever, hvordan vi fikser det og hvordan naturen er til hjelp og når den ikke er til hjelp. Godt bakt inn i gode fiskehistorier og røverhistorier får vi et solid, faglig grunnlag. Foredraget er bygd på boken "Psykolog med sovepose" som har vært på besteselgerlista siden den kom ut i april.
Etter foredraget blir det samtale og litt å bite i.
Dette er andre arrangement i prosjektet Direkte fra Agder-bibliotekene, og det sendes digitalt til våre samarbeidsbibliotek. Vil du delta fysisk kan du reise til Risør bibliotek.
