Christina Skjølberg kommer opprinnelig fra Smøla på Nordmøre. Da hun entret den norske bluesscenen for over 10 år siden var det ikke så mange jenter som spilte blues, hverken her hjemme eller ellers i verden. Dette har endret seg siden den gang, men kvinnelige, vensterhendte bluesgitarister vokser fortsatt ikke på trær! Når hun i tillegg kan skilte med gitarferdigheter på høyde med de tøffeste gutta i klassen, og synger med en ektehet, intensitet og innlevelse få kan matche, skjønner vi at vi her snakker om en unik artist !
