✨✨ Velkommen til en formiddag med breathwork for å vekke og la livskraften din strømme ✨✨
Frigjørende pusting er en svært kraftig metode for å løsne gamle følelsesmønstre og blokkeringer. Det kan også åpne opp for mer glede og flyt i livet ditt. Vi ønsker alle følelser og uttrykk velkommen, og vi er flere som assisterer og støtter deg i prosessen din. Vi varmer opp med noen enkle møter, men under pusting ligger du deretter selv og puster på matten din.
Etter pustearbeidet blir det lydhealing med Kristina Manpriya, som tar oss med på en lydreise som blander sjamanistisk sang med lyden av trommer, gong og krystallskåler. Lydbølgene vibrerer på celle nivå og hjelper nervesystemet med å slappe av, utvide hjerte chakraet og koble oss til ånden og vår indre visdom.

✨KURSLEDERE ✨
Lærere er Paula Nygren og Jarno Kinnunen fra Sverige. Samt Kristina Manpriya fra Norge.
PAULA er en erfaren tantralærer, lidenskapelig tantramassør og dedikert sexsibilitycoach. Hun har holdt tantrakurs for par, kvinner og singler siden 2013 og arrangerer også Göteborgs Tantrafestival. Mer informasjon om Paula finnes på www.lustinlife.se.
JARNO er en trygg fasilitator som brenner for breathwork og energiarbete. Jarno leder breathwork både individuelle sessioner og gruppesessioner. Han er en av trenerne i Tantrapulsation Breathwork training og er også tantramassør. Jarno og Paula holder også parkurser og retreats sammen. Mer informasjon om Jarno finnes på www.newlevel.nu.
KRISTINA er en tantra- og potensiell psykologterapeut som hjelper deg med å løsne fysisk stress og viser deg hvordan du kan omprogrammere begrensende tankemønstre. Kristina brenner for å hjelpe mennesker med å lytte mer til seg selv og finne motet til å være mer ekte og ærlige mot seg selv.
