Acroyoga FUNdamentals - after the introduction comes more Fun and Foundations!
FUNDAMENTALS: 8 classes, on thurdays 18:30 - 20:00. This course gives you a solid foundation to play, refine, and explore further from. Prerequisite: completed introduction or similar skill level. In the 8 classes, you meet the asanas considered essential for preparing your body, as well as train inversions progressively so you get more comfortable being upside down. You'll learn all the basic poses, and you'll make a start with transitions. It's going to be playful, vibrant and FUN!
There is also time for the gentler side of acroyoga: you can fly someone with the sole goal the help him/her recover from stress, rejuvenate, letting go... or you can apply apply simple techniques from thai yoga massage that are heavenly to receive, when given well. These are tremendous gifts you can bestow on loved ones or dear friends.
Your classmates often become acroyoga friends that you like to meet with! You can come without a partner (many come alone).

ACROYOGA is a playful and joyous mix of 3 ancient practices: yoga, acrobatics and thai yoga massage. Classes will incorporate all three elements!

I enjoy how Acroyoga constantly asks me to be very honest and truthful, very respectful, and how it brings the great gifts of empowerment and healing, how it tickles our talent to just "be".
