NÅR: Hver Lørdagar kl.10.30-11.45 (så lenge været tillater det)
HVOR: Fredriksten Festning
I samarbeid med Fredriksten Festning, Fredriksten Kro og Den Gamle Kommandant Kafé, vi inviterer dere å bli med på UTENDØRS YOGA sammen med Edna Reyes Malaki som hoved Yogalærer. Yogaen er for deg med eller uten erfaring. Kom akkurat som du er.

Voksen kr.100
Familie med maks 2 barn (alder 7-14år) kr.200 (Du kan også betale med kontanter eller Vipps på tlf. 45191080 med navn og kode ord ‘Utendørs Yoga’)

OM FREDRIKSTEN FESTNING:
Fredriksten er en festning i Halden. Der festningen ligger i dag ble det i årene 1640-45 bygget mindre forsvarsverk i forbindelse med Hannibalfeiden. Selve Fredriksten festning ble påbegynt i 1661 og er oppkalt etter den dansk-norske kongen Frederik III. Festningen ble beleiret hele seks ganger, men aldri inntatt.

In collaboration with Fredriksten Festning, Fredriksten Kro and Den Gamle Kommandant Café, we want to invite you to an OUTDOOR YOGA together with Edna Reyes Malaki as the head Yoga Teacher. All level Yoga even you haven’t tried Yoga before.

ABOUT FREDRIKSTEN FORTRESS:
This Fortresses was constructed by Denmark-Norway in the 17th century as a replacement for the border fortress at Bohus, which had been lost when the province of Bohuslän was ceded to Sweden by the terms of the Treaty of Roskilde in 1658. The fortress was named after King Fredrik III of Denmark and Norway, and the town of Halden was also originally named after him, having been known as Fredrikshald between 1665 and 1928.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.
